This formula is waterproof, smudge-proof, and long-lasting.
- Following the natural start, arch, and end of brows, use the pencil to draw small, hair-like strokes to fill in sparse spots.
- For a softer finish, use less pressure when applying to the brows.
- For a more defined finish, gently increase application pressure until desired intensity is achieved.
